Number of M.V.Sc students passed out: 11.

Number of Ph.D students enrolled: 6.

An ICAR ad-hoc project on Physical and biochemical studies on Temen, a hybrid of mithun (Bos frontalis) and Bala (local cattle) was completed in 2007.

More than 100 numbers of research papers published in national and international journals.

The Ph.D student of Dept. of Veterinary Biochemistry, Dr. Suraksha Subedi Deka has bagged Dr. B. V. Rao Polutry Research Foundation Research Grant (2014-15).

The patent application (complete specification) has been made to Indian Patent Office for invention related to Salmonella Vaccine.
