About the School:
Established in 1942, Sapekhati Higher Secondary School is one of the oldest Co educational institute in the Charaideo Sub Division of Sivasagar District. Sapekhati H.S. School has been recognized as Model School under Sapekhati Educational Block. The students of this institution have been performing creditably in all secondary and Higher Secondary examinations since its inception. Several students from Biology Department have done well and later established as Doctors and Professors. To popularize Science Education this institute take active part by forming Block level ARYABHATTA SCIENCE CENTRE in 2008 with the help of Assam Science and Technology, Govt. of Assam. For the last 6 years this institution has been serving forpopularizing science and science education in this area.
