About the School:
Rengkai Hr. Sec. School is located in Rengkai of Churachandpur District of Manipur. It is approximately 60 kms.away from Imphal. This school was a local private school and its former name was Pant Standard High School. Government of Manipur took it over and renamed it as Rengkai Govt. High School w.e.f. 03-08-1978. It was further upgraded to the present level of Higher Secondary School w.e.f. 08-07-2008 and is regarded as one of the best govt. institutions in the district. Its students did well in sports and other academic competitions. It is a coeducational school and there is a great rush for admission in every new academic session. Located in the heart of the town,this school is held in high esteem by the people.
