At the very outset, I would like to congratulate the entire team of BioNE (initiated by team BABRONE, CVSc, AAU, Guwahati-22) for contributing to forming a common platform for scientific researchers to share their scientific knowledge. It is due to your sheer hard work, perseverance and determination, which has helped the BioNE to reach this position today. The North Eastern Region of India is a biodiversity hotspot. All the states of North East India have their characteristic biodiversity and unique bioresources. So, there is a great need of an e-magazine like BioNE to keep us updated about the latest happenings.

            Congratulations to you and your entire team for this success and may your magazine reach greater height in the years to come.
