21st century is the era of computer and networking systems. Besides students and researchers, common peoples are also going to depend on this digital system. The e-zine “BioNE” is a good step by the group of BABRONE, CVSc, AAU, Khanapara, Guwahati, to focus some featured biological issue of this NE region. This North Eastern (NE) region of the India is a biodiversity hotspot and represents one of the highest avian biodiversity of the Indian subcontinent. So, we all people in the field of life-science should enrich this e-zine through our research findings, field survey etc.
It is very good platform for the school students of this region to promote their intellectual curiosity by sharing their thoughts. School students from both Assamese and English medium background, can make a habit of writing as well as reading of this e-zine issue regularly. In this stage, the “BioNE Team” should motivate the school students to write in this platform that they can contribute something in the field of life science in a very young stage. This will surely motivate those school students to enter in this field and perform research for the NE region.
